Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next available working day.

UK Shipping
Our preferred carrier is Royal Mail. Our standard service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days.
Free shipping is available on most orders over £20 using the Tracked 48 service.
Customers can select Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Expedited Next Day delivery at checkout for an additional fee.
All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.

International Shipping
We do not currently offer this.

Delivery Upgrades and Special Requests
If you require faster delivery, signature confirmation, or an alternative courier, please contact us before completing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and confirm any additional costs before processing your order.

Delivery Issues and Lost Parcels
Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours or your local delivery office before contacting us.
Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed once an item is in transit.

Packaging and Handling
All items are securely packed to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition. Heavier or larger parcels may require additional handling time, and we will notify you if any adjustments are needed.

Pre-Orders and Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to wait for restock, select an alternative item, or cancel your order for a full refund.

We may occasionally update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in our operations, carriers, or services. The version available on our website at the time of your order will apply.
